Delivery by CDEK

Orders within Russia are delivered by CDEK, except in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Ufa.

CDEK warns that during the airlines' peak season (December) delivery times may be longer on all rates!

Delivery before New Year is not guaranteed. We apologise and ask you to place your orders in advance!

We also inform you of CDEK office hours during the holidays:

Pick-up points
Working days:

• 31 December — until 16:00;
• 4, 6 and 9 January — 10:00 to 18:00;
• 10 January — 10:00 to 18:00 for offices that open on Sundays. Check the «Addresses» tab;
• 11 January — normal hours.

Days off: 1–3, 5, 7 and 8 January.

Courier delivery
Working days:

• 31 December — until 14:00, no delivery in the region. Courier requests are accepted until 11:00;
• 4, 6 and 9 January — Saturday hours;
• 10 January — Sunday hours;
• 11 January — normal hours.

Days off: 1–3, 5, 7 and 8 January.
