Returning goods of proper quality

Goods of proper quality that do not suit you in size, colour, style or for any other reason are returned on the basis of a return application, which must be submitted within 14 days of purchase, not counting the day of purchase.

When goods of proper quality are returned, only the price of the goods is refunded. Delivery and return shipping costs (if paid by you) are not reimbursed.

You may not return goods of proper quality that have been engraved.

Return conditions

Goods of proper quality may be returned provided that:

1. its consumer properties and presentation are preserved (no signs of use, original undamaged packaging).

2. there is a document confirming the fact and terms of purchase (cash receipt or sales receipt).

Returning defective goods

Defective goods are goods that cannot perform their function because of a defect. Defective goods are returned on the basis of a return application submitted within the product's warranty period (2 years).

When defective goods are returned, the full price of the goods, delivery and return shipping (if paid by you) is refunded.

With a partial return, the delivery cost is not refunded.
